Mobile Storage Services was born in January 2013
We are in the process of building up a small dedicated and highly experienced team and are very excited about the challenge that lies ahead. We are up for that challenge and our vision is built entirely on customer service. Although there are some wonderful customer service led companies in operation we believe that this vital area of business in Ireland has slipped back somewhat and we aim to be "best in class" when it comes to dealing with our customers. You will never be greeted by an automated telephone service when dealing with Mobile Storage Services. You talk directly to the people who will manage and deliver on your request and we will do our utmost to help.
We have introduced a method of monitoring our performance in this regard which we call the "CARE" system which will be the template for our business and we beieve in and will live by it
